Promotor & Chairperson
An MBA in Human Resource and graduate from the premier Delhi University,
Aprajita is a promotor and chairperson of the company for over 15 years.
She has a rich experience of over 20 years in handling and overseeing multi
domain verticals. Mrs. Aprajita has changed the perception held around the
sector with her exceptional understanding of consumer behavior, skills and
strategic initiatives.
With her strong expertise in Management and excellent strategic skills, project
management and business development competencies, she has positioned the
real estate division among the highly credible verticals of the industry.
Sanjeev Noel Brave
Promotor & Managing Director
Mr. Sanjeev Noel Brave, the Managing Director of the Company, has nearly
over decades of experience in multiple sectors including the real estate sector.
He has been associated with the Company since its inception as promoter. He
is responsible for the overall working of the Company and is instrumental in
making strategic decisions for the Company. Besides this, Mr. Sanjeev is an
eminent individual and is part of various National and International Boards and
Bodies. He heads the business management portfolio both domestic and
international, construction, finance & purchase departments of the Company.
Arzan Ahmad Markar
Executive Director (Sales & Revenue)
Mr Arzan Ahmad Markar, Executive Director of the Company, is a commerce
graduate. Mr. Arzan, is well-versed expert in real estate sector. He is multi
domain expert and worked with various entities. He heads the Sales &
Marketing and Revenue departments of the Company. Mr. Arzan has joined
the Company with effect from October 06, 2024 as a freelancer associate
exclusively for state of Maharashtra and was subsequently appointed as an
Executive Director with effect from July 1, 2025 for real estate vertical of
Maharashtra state.
